Great passion in full colors dancing above and in his head, i can hear the music, love the movement you caught here and the palette is dreamy ! I went directly past 3mn of the video ;) and could hear him, bravo ! But the girl just in front does not let us see the hero so i came back here and here he is - great trip !

Bettina this is an awesome photograph - sooooo many cool things about it: The intensity and concentration is totally evident, great job; Performance photographs - I mean REALLY GOOD ones, are difficult to attain - you have surpassed that here! Using the ambient light and capturing at that moment of intensity along with the really cool purple and lime spots and the blue background.... all bouncing off this magnificent performer and his great looking deep red set...(looks like Yamaha, or maybe Ludwig or Sonor colors?) are almost as exciting as being there. Thanks to my ear accident in the Army I can't go but I can look and listen at lower volumes....you should be rightfully proud - I would love to hear some of his work...I would love to see more of your performance images...you realy have this down Bet!! My son has studied classical piano. Currently, at age 25, he continued studying jazz and contemporary music (piano, guitar, bass). He himself gives music lessons and played in bands (jazz manouche "and funk).

Give it some welly! i love drummers. in my experience they're always the one to have a pint with (leave the singer in the dressing room. leave the guitarist in a shop full of guitars). bass players? well...

I love the neon stage lights flooding the scene and right smack in the middle, the drummer pounding his drum. What's the name of your son's band? I assume this is not a jazz band right ;)
