Original catch and great message as well. Would have been more powerful if you have had faced them more and centered. Did you try another point of view ?

@Florence: Thanks Florence! I can see what you mean. The natural, organized arrangement of the meters could lends itself to centered front on placement or other perspectives. To be honest I caught this out of my car. You know, in LA, nobody walks.
