Saturated fat or saturated colors? A meat display at Gelson's in Van Nuys.
Still haven't taken a bite out of my hectic schedule...
Saturated fat colors, sounds fine ;) I prefer fish (muted tones ;). Red & yellow pop !

Fabulous, Bettina. Red and yellow signs and labels does seem an odd choice.

Ah, I've been watching my food intake lately trying to get rid of stomach troubles....so saturated anything sounds (and looks) good to me...bring it on !! ;-)

As a rabid carnivore, I have to say...nothing! The saturated colours just make me wanna eat more of the saturated fats!

Ce n'est pas très engageant ! Je te souhaite une agréable journée

A very meaty shot! Looks like you didn't need to process your shot nearly as much as the meat has been processed!

When meat is on sale - don't buy it....Take it from the son of a meat market manager...ANd remember. "If you don't eat your meat, you wont get any pudding!"... This is a VERY discussion starting and and extremely evocative image, Bettina! Well Done - no pun intended!.......

don't know if i find the colours appealing or not - with the meat there's no question, however! bring on the beef, go slow on the pork! ;-))

Saturated by it's very description means full! Perhaps this is part of the health issues we are seeing today. An interesting point to ponder or "chew the fat on" as it were...... Wel done Bettina! ;-)

Oh not bad at all, both of them... I'm a meat lover!:-))) Such fantastic colors, light and organization through your wonderful lens! Again, you've turned an everyday scene into a super expressive image! Have a great day Bettina!:-)

there is never enough saturation, meatwise. (or is it: meat/wiseman?)
i like they put a cucumberslice with it!
love the socket in the middle.

@roeb: That's a favorite for me, too.

You and your inside-the-stores shots! This one is rather "meaty" and definitely over saturated with fatty meat.
7 Jul 2011 7:16pm
Ahhhh ... très saturé gras !...)))
7 Jul 2011 8:33pm
They certainly know how to present the packaged meat to entice the buyer. :)

Mmmmm, I am feeling a little hungry.

@Michael Rawluk: Nothing like raw meat to get between your teeth.
Saturated fat! I prefer sea foods :)

yikes - all of those poor dead animals. : ) Great shot! Love the saturation.

What a wonderful hot-pot of Comments to go with the dual-saturation of your image ! How dull would be the world if we all ate the same stuff and had the same thoughts ! Posting is alive and well.
