Not shown are the pies. I started at 5am. Just for fun. It was gone in half an hour. Just like last year.
...
Coming up for air but only a gulp.
...
Computer problems on top of the work have kept me away. I hope to be up and running very soon again!
@Roman: Danke! War auch und ist auch heute noch, und wird warscheinlich auch morgen noch sein. :)

@trilliana: Thanks! Yes, I'm dipping in the sauce and the blog. Still have too much writing to do, but you know what that's like. So happy to see you here! How are you enjoying Switzerland? Are you converted?
@Ralf Kesper: Boah, haha. Hab das schon lang nicht gehoert.
@keith: I just reheated from last year. ;)
@Phil David Morris 2011: The Spode Blue Tower. One of my favorites. I first got it when I saw "The Searchers" by John Ford with John Wayne. In one of the first scenes the mother sets the table with these beautiful blue and white dishes. That was the inspiration. Usually I like to set them on a bare wood table made of a barn door I found in Bisbee. But that's in storage for the moment.
@franz: Yes, an orgy all the way around. Once a year, it's okay. ;) Vielen Dank fuer das Kompliment!
